A brand with forty thousand followers taking orders one DM at a time, because checkout was three decisions too many. A shop doing real business on the high street that doesn’t come up when someone searches for it. A brand paying every month for a platform it uses a fifth of.
None of them were short of customers. They were short of someone to do the technical part.
So we built the software, and then we started doing the setup ourselves — because handing someone a login was never the thing that was missing.
